Something we've always done since we first started trading has been to donate to charitable causes rather than sending out cards and gifts and the like at this time of year. Sometimes we've asked clients and partners to help us decide how to allocate our giving, or we've run internal surveys - other times we've plumbed for a single charity. In a year like we've had, it's all the more difficult to pick between so many charities that not only continue doing amazing work in such challenging times, but have also been severely affected by their usual fundraising events being covid curtailed. 

This year we've decided to go with 3 charities that are close to the SLT hearts and will be donating a couple of £hundred to each. They are :

In what has been a tumultuous year for all - and crushingly tragic for so many - we count ourselves very lucky and very grateful that as a business and individuals we can end the year without too much negativity and a positive eye on 2021 - and we're certainly pleased to be in a position where we can indeed make such company donations.

So here's wishing you and yours the best possible festive break you can have (all things considered). Thank you for your support over the last year and here's to making the best of whatever 2021 brings and doing our best to keep smiling just as much as we can.
